Welcome to Luxe Regency International Limited, a premier luxury management and concierge service company headquartered in Accra, Ghana. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website, and by accessing or using our offerings, you agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Luxe Regency provides a wide range of luxury services, including but not limited to:

  • Travel Management
  • Kids Management 
  • Bespoke Experiences
  • Wealth Management
  • Lifestyle Management
  • Luxury Home Management
  • Education Consultancy

Services are customized per client request and may be subject to availability, location, third-party policies, and service-specific agreements.

 

2. Membership and Pay-As-You-Go Services

Clients may engage Luxe Regency through:

  • Membership Packages: Structured annual plans with predefined service benefits.
  • Pay-As-You-Go Services: On-demand services charged per engagement or session.

All services require a signed service agreement and/or membership acknowledgment, including acceptance of related pricing, scope, and terms of delivery.

 

3. Bookings and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made in writing and confirmed by Luxe Regency.
  • Some services (e.g., travel, accommodation, event tickets) are subject to availability and may require advance payment or deposits.
  • Luxe Regency is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by third-party vendors or partners.
 

4. Payments and Billing

  • All prices are quoted in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full prior to service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For memberships, fees are billed annually and are non-refundable after the first 14 days of activation.
  • Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services by providing at least 72 hours’ written notice for standard services.
  • Some services (e.g., private travel, event bookings) may be non-refundable or incur cancellation fees as set by third-party partners.
  • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and processed within 14 business days where applicable.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the services being rendered.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with visa, travel, legal, or residency requirements when applicable.
  • Luxe Regency reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for reasons including, but not limited to, unethical or illegal requests.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Regency shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of third-party services.
  • Service disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
  • Personal injury, loss, or inconvenience caused by vendors, travel interruptions, or accidents.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and service concepts provided by Luxe Regency are the intellectual property of Luxe Group and Luxe Regency International Limited. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute these materials without written consent.

 

9. Confidentiality

All client information, preferences, and service details are treated as confidential. Luxe Regency will not disclose any private information to third parties without client consent, unless required by law.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Luxe Regency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website.

Diamond Membership – Fair Use Policy

Applies to: Diamond Membership Holders of Luxe Regency Intl. Ltd
At Luxe Regency International Ltd, our Diamond Membership offers unlimited access to our world-class luxury services, experiences, and concierge offerings. To ensure exceptional service for all our elite clients, we maintain a Fair Use Policy to guide responsible and balanced use of our resources.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Purpose of This Policy

The Fair Use Policy ensures that Diamond Members enjoy premium, prioritized access without compromising the quality or availability of services for others. It sets reasonable expectations for usage while providing the personalized and high-touch nature of the Diamond experience.

 

2.⁠ ⁠What Constitutes Fair Use?

Diamond Members are entitled to unlimited service requests under the following guidelines:
Volume & Frequency: Service requests should remain within what is reasonable for one household or one primary user. Excessive daily or weekly requests that suggest business or commercial intent (e.g., continuous sourcing or planning for third parties) may be reviewed.

Scope of Use:

Services must be used for personal or family benefit only.

Requests that involve multiple third parties, reselling, or redistribution of services are not permitted.

Repeated use of high-cost or high-effort services (e.g., private jet bookings, event planning, sourcing rare assets) should be spaced reasonably throughout the year.

Simultaneous Service Coordination: Up to three concurrent active requests may be in process at any given time. Additional requests will be queued and managed with appropriate priority.

Event & Travel Planning:

Large-scale or frequent events (e.g., more than four major private events or destination experiences per year) may be subject to review and scheduling limitations based on vendor capacity.

Extensive multi-leg international travel may be staggered to ensure quality delivery.

 

3.⁠ ⁠What Falls Outside Fair Use?

The following may be flagged as outside the intended scope of fair use:
Ongoing commercial or professional use of services.

Requests on behalf of non-members that result in recurring workload for the Luxe Regency team.

Abuse of sourcing services for luxury goods or real estate for third-party clients.

Consistent overuse of urgent or after-hours concierge support without appropriate need.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Service Management & Monitoring

Luxe Regency reserves the right to:
Monitor service usage for consistency with this policy.

Offer guidance or limits if usage appears to exceed fair use thresholds.

Recommend custom service plans or upgrades for high-volume clients whose needs extend beyond standard Diamond membership use.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Communication and Transparency

If your requests begin approaching the limits of fair use:
You will be contacted by your Personal Account Manager to discuss adjustments, prioritization, or scheduling solutions.

Luxe Regency will work with you to ensure continued white-glove service while managing volume effectively.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Policy Adjustments

This Fair Use Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changing member needs, service capabilities, or resource planning. Members will be informed of any significant updates in writing.
